For more than 25 years, the principals of Chrysalis Valuation Consultants have been providing professional valuation services throughout Colorado and resort markets throughout the western United States.  One of the principals, Mark R. Linne, is a nationally recognized appraiser who is the author of  numerous books and articles on topics that span the range of current appraisal practice.

The primary focus of the firm's practice is commercial, residential and resort valuation, with significant expertise in litigation, estate, property tax appeal and consulting assignments.  Our team of valuation professionals hold all of the major appraisal designations in the world, including the MAI, SRA, CRE, CAE, ASA, and FRICS designations.  Principal Mark Linne holds more significant appraisal designations than any appraiser in the world.
